Health education in schools

Raise awareness on health education for women, girls, families and entire communities, our programs are centred around, Puberty, Hand washing and hygiene, The reproductive syste, The menstrual Cycle(phases,  Dorena Pads hygiene and care, Sexual transmitted infections and preventions

Outcomes of our health education projects

a. Support girls and women to know how to use and care for Dorena washable pads (Dpads, b. Teach them how to prevent infection during menstruation., c. We empowered women, girls and the community at large with knowledge about how their bodies work and this will help to reduce the rate of unwanted pregnancies., d. Combat shame and stigma around menstruation and puberty.

Menstrual Hygiene mangement

Our aim is to raise awareness on menstrual health education for women, girls, families and entire communities, 

 support girls and women have confident managing their menstruation, 

change Communities attitudes and stigma around menstruation,

 educate women, girls, men and boys with knowledge about their bodie.

 and teach them how to produce, use the Dorena washable pads, and to prevent infection.

Letting Men take the lead

Change Communities attitudes and stigma around menstruation, can be achieved wen we include men and boys for We are all product of menstruation so we cannot teach the women and girls  without including  the men and boys to support our menstuators.

Hand washing and hygiene

Focus on hygiene before, during and after menstruation and  Hand  hygiene as a whole.

Sexual transmitted infections and preventions

The primary reproductive organs,  consist of the ovaries and testes. These organs are responsible for producing the egg and sperm cells  and hormones. ... All other organs, ducts, and glands in the reproductive system are considered secondary, reproductive organs.
